カテドラル大聖堂

先日行ったバルセロナにて。朝に一人でバルセロナの街を散歩しました。
地図も何も持たずぶらっとだったので、いきなり大きな大聖堂が？
ガウディー作のサクラダファミリア？かなと思いましたが、良く見ると
全く違いました。あとで現地ガイドさんに聞くと、カテドラル大聖堂だそうです。
その中庭の雰囲気が、幻想的で良かったのでご紹介いたします。
西洋にはこのような大聖堂があり、日本にも大寺院や雰囲気のあるお寺があり
宗教を通じて、大切な祈りの空間を守られているんだなあと改めて感じました。
人は自然に、心の平安を求めてこのような歴史的な場のあるところに
いつまでも訪れ続けるんですね。
歴史、後世に残るもの・心・考え方。今まさに日本人が考え次の世代に
残す何かを創り上げていくことが重要な時代なのだろうなあと考えてしまいます。
